Georgie’s Consignment Clothing opened in 1981, when resale shops were just beginning to pop up around the country. Located in the historic red Post House across the street from the Ada Covered bridge, Georgie’s continues to attract shoppers and consigners from across West Michigan. Georgie’s has been recognized as the best consignment shop in the area by readers of both “On the Town” and “Grand Rapids” magazines.

  Merchandise is priced at one-third of the retail cost, or one-half if the items are brand new with tags. Many times our consigners tell us how much they paid for their items, and sometimes even pass on the sale price to our shoppers.
